Every single-family house with High Rent in my city consists of 1 or 2 Residents that are Unemployed Students and/or Retired. This particular one is just a Child complaining about High Rent!

I just can't get rid of the 'high rent'. I've checked many tutorials, removed servicies from area, cut off leasure, put more office, industrial, commercial, add every school and the service thing

There is only low housing demand, medium and low cost housing do not get built on (anymore). There are a lot of places complaining about high rent, not enough workers or customers.
